Withings & Patient Data

  • Withings manages all patient data collected through its health monitoring devices.

  • Patient data collected via Withings' services may be stored on servers in the European Union (EU).

  • Mirror Health & Wellness does not control, access, or store patient data processed by Withings.

  • Patients should review Withings' Privacy Policy before using their devices to understand data processing, retention, and security practices.

  • Mirror Health & Wellness is not liable for how Withings collects, stores, or processes patient data.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly Memberships

  • Non-refundable; members must complete the full month.

Memberships (Three Months or Longer)

  • Members may request a one-time administrative pause, which must be used within the length of the membership or the used portion of the membership, whichever is shorter.

  • Cancellations are subject to a fee, which may vary.

  • Used portions of the service are non-refundable.
